What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a recognized discipline used to help clients improve their lives in specific ways through a personalized assessment and action plan.

Anyone who would like to grow personally, improve their personal relationships, discover new opportunities or reach specific goals. A Life Coach also helps with identifying stressors and works with you to achieve a more balanced, fulfilling life.

How does the Life Coaching/ Client relationship work?

Coaching is not counseling, but rather a partnership that focuses on equipping the client to reach their maximum potential.  The Life Coach works one on one with the client (by phone or in person) usually once a week.  Sessions last from 30-60 minutes and include assessments, discussions, and resource information best suited for the client.  Coaches are trained to listen, observe and to strategize with the client to develop a mutually agreed upon action plan.  The Life Coach helps the client stay focused through encouragement and accountability.
